And for the record I don't know if it is legit but I do know the police officer should have been charged with at least second degree manslaughter regarding Garner in NYC. That is a given.

The NY Post is Murdoch's rag in NY. Also worth pointing out (regardless of your opinion on what happened in Ferguson) it is an op-ed piece by Rich Lowry who is also the editor of the National Review (a conservative magazine) so take away from it what you will.
