And for the record I don't know if it is legit but I do know the police officer should have been charged with at least second degree manslaughter regarding Garner in NYC. That is a given.

And what is the "New York Times Post"?
It's a dirt rag that is of no consequence.

The NY Post is Murdoch's rag in NY. Also worth pointing out (regardless of your opinion on what happened in Ferguson) it is an op-ed piece by Rich Lowry who is also the editor of the National Review (a conservative magazine) so take away from it what you will.

The deck is stacked.....it's a bunch of crap.

Know why?

'Petty' act of robbery.

Um, that's a FELONY and the SOB assaulted the clerk as well.

stead, the credible evidence suggests that Michael Brown — after a petty act of robbery at a local business — attacked Wilson when the officer stopped him on the street. Brown punched Wilson when the officer was still in his patrol car and attempted to take his gun from him.

My day would have been awesome had I took my baseball bat when Brown was leaning in over the counter and split his head open like a melon.
