Who's really buying puppets for their own benefit, and via which currency?

What makes you think Democrats don't buy votes to keep themselves in power and enjoying the largesse of publicly-funded perks, etc., by creating an exponentially increasing public assistance dependent class?

It is ABSOLUTELY true that our Dem/liberal-controlled (ed schools, teacher unions, etc.) public schools systemically keep Blacks and Hispanics dumb, and therefore socioeconomically oppressed, poor, dependent on public assistance, and therefore voting for Democrats for life.

U.S. public schools educate only 26% of all public school students to even basic grade-level proficiency in math, 38% in reading, by 12th grade.

NAEP - Mathematics and Reading 2013

That in and of itself is bad enough, but pay very careful attention to the much lower basic proficiency percentages for Black and Hispanic students.

Black students' basic math proficiency percentage by 12th grade: 7%
Basic reading proficiency percentage by 12th grade: 16%

Hispanic basic math proficiency percentage by 12th grade: 12%
Basic reading proficiency percentage by 12th grade: 23%

Are Blacks and Hispanics inherently less intelligent than everyone else? Or are Democrats insisting on keeping them trapped in subpar public schools and therefore ensuring they're kept dumb, poor, and therefore voting for Democrats for life/generations?

In what world is voting for the party that adamantly opposes school vouchers and keeps Black and Hispanic kids trapped in underperforming public schools, most notably in Democrat-voting areas acceptable?

2/3 of Black and Hispanic adults support school vouchers, but then largely vote Democrat anyway, extinguishing any chance their own children would have to get a better education and therefore more and better economic equality opportunities. Blacks and Hispanics continuously overwhelmingly voting Democrat is insanely self-destructive, and I will NEVER understand why they continue to vote for their economic oppressors. /SMH

Yes. If it's a SMALL stipend, as you assert, their tax liability will also be SMALL.

Yep - maybe 10%, but after personal and standard deduction - no way.

Still railing about so-called school reform and vouchers even though your heroes like Michelle Rhee have been shown to be charlatans at falsifying data? One trick pony.

Well, they may not pay any federal tax but most own homes and pay property taxes, vehicle registration taxes, local sales taxes(ours runs 9.6%), state taxes and other taxes throughout the year.
Would these taxes suffice as paying their "SMALL" tax liability or do you insist they also continue to pay federal taxes?

I posted NAEP data. No falsification. There is NO mistaking the fact that either our country's public schools are systemically under-educating Blacks and Hispanics, or those groups are inherently less intelligent.

If they have a federally taxable income, why shouldn't they pay federal income tax?

I suggest you take that up with the individual states who administer the educational programs and allot the funds and curriculum to the various school districts. It's not "our country", it's the individual state.
I think you'll find that rich white enclaves have much better education opportunities than poor distressed minority districts.

Of course. If for example, their investment return for the year from their retirement accounts exceeds 24,000(I think) then they will be taxed by the feds for all their social security payments for that fiscal year, including the return on investments, after standard deductions.

Many seniors end up with 0 federal tax liability when following all current tax law. How would you change it?

I really don't disagree with any of this, but it doesn't disprove anything I've said. Republicans and Democrats are the SAME-and it could also be said that poor Southern whites vote against their best interest too (at least financially). But the point is that the majority of people don't vote-and this is even truer for poor people so it's so silly to argue Republican this or Democrat that when it is blatantly obvious that both parties work for the same master-and it ain't the American people.

It is only the American people versus the global elite, which have no loyalty to any nation or people-any other label is just meant to divide and distract the masses. I am NOT a Democrat or Republican and would never defend either label.
