Let us not forget the DOJ under EH ordered a gunslinger US attorney, with other politcal convictions under his belt, to investigate CC within 24 hours of his declaration of innocence. The DOJ had determined that a lane closure and subsequent traffic congestion in NJ on a major highway was somehow unusual and worthy of millions of taxpayer dollars to investigate. the hope would be that someone would be caught in a lie, was the real goal in the face of that absurd legal dust up with no plausible evidence or chance of conviction.

On the other hand, Harry Reid admits to a lie on the senate floor to help win an election and no legal recourse or thical outrage.

This is the age of Democratic privlege.

HRC is a murky as a tainted politician can get and yet the hope that she will be the next proze in a novelty election and all participants can't wait to proclaim a 'selfie' in the anals of history.

Geez. We aren't the ones who just requested this criminal probe. Two inspector generals at the State Dept did. Take your complaints up with them. I know, it so hard for you to see negative stories about your Hillary, but really, blame her. She is the one who started this by having the personal email in the first place, and then refusing to give up the server. This is on her.

And it looks like, despite you and Hillary's best efforts to claim other wise, that she did send classified email.

Hillary Clinton Sent Classified Information Over Email While at State Department, Review Finds - WSJ

We get it, you will back her and people in your part no matter what. You have no spine and party comes first. We understand you do not care that she is a liar a poor leader and a power hungry elitist, but some in this country do care.

This story is no disappearing any time soon. Get used to it and just ignore it and pretend like it isn't happening.

Sorry but the requests were issued by the inspector generals of both the State Department and intelligence agencies not some partisan Congressional witch hunt. Which makes it a pretty serious turn of events. Now whether the Justice Department goes along with the recommendation is another matter. But I don't see this as a partisan witch hunt.

Not just that. The corrupt DOJ wouldn't get involved with the IRS scandal either. They turn a blind eye to anything that has the potential to damage their party. Which really, shows the real weakness of having a POTUS pick an Attorney General. They can not be trusted, ever. Holder has to have been among the worst we've ever had. When it is so clear that the DOJ is run in a biased manner, there needs to be something in place to hold them accountable for that.

I predict even more stonewalling with this email business, just like took place in the IRS mess. They stone wall and stone wall. That should not be allowed to happen without people facing some serious consequences.

I also hope we become a banana republic where laws don't matter for the ruling elite that we worship. Government agencies to silence dissent, no borders, massive debt and debt gimmicks, etc...

Tell me more lies about your email Hillary, I am on my knees bowing before you!

Formidable?
Only in the sense of the fools that would vote for such a person. As well they seem very fools will defend anything and anyone belong at party lines no matter what.
time has shown this repeatedly.

that leaves no credibility at all.

The Corruption of the TeamObama Department of Justice is staggering and continues to grow. They issued a MEMO of their interpretation of what documents Inspector Generals' will be allowed to access, with no real basis of Law to back up the MEMO. It was issued just 4 days ago and you can bet it will be used exclusively to protect TeamObama, Clinton, the Corrupt IRS, the Corrupt Homeland Security Dept and all other TeamObama Agencies.

Inspectors General Lose Bid to Expand Access to Agency Documents |Government Executive

If it stands, the memo means that the inspector general will have to seek special Justice Department permission each time it wishes to access documents.

The Justice memo noted that it is deciding the question as a matter of law, but that the applicable policy has not been determined.

General David Petraeus was criminally charged for mishandling Sensitive Documents by the DOJ - Camp Clinton has already forced the New York Times to "change" their story on the Inspector Generals' request for a Criminal Investigation into Clinton's mishandling of Sensitive Documents. The DOJ is likely to be complicit in the cover-up of Clinton's criminal activity as odds are they will refuse to investigate. If it was "criminal" for General Petraeus, it's criminal for Hillary Clinton and Lois Lerner
for that matter.

Let's not forget ....... all of this can easily be settled if Clinton turns over her illegal/unethical personal server.

Hmmmmm. Let the conservative orgy begin!! Comments?

The New York Times article is a bit "revised" from it's original format. CampHillary did a ring-ring to the NYT and made them "change" the title and rewrite some of the story.

New York Times alters Clinton email story |Politico
One of the reporters of the story, Michael Schmidt, explained early Friday that the Clinton campaign had complained about the story to the Times.

Does anyone really expect a TeamObama Department of Justice to actually investigate Clinton or Lerner or the IRS or any other member of TeamObama? We have learned over the last 6 years that the TeamObama DOJ has no interest in Law & Order, they serve to protect and cover-up "their" people.

On the other hand - while the DOJ will probably stonewall, the American public won't forget.
People are FED UP with this corruption.
