I see your witnesses and raise you a General:
SAN ANTONIO — The general who led the Army investigation into Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl"s disappearance from an Afghan combat outpost in 2009 testified Friday that Bergdahl walked away intentionally in hopes of triggering a search and rescue mission that would reveal "severe" leadership problems in his platoon.

Let's say that nobody died as a result.

Is Bergdahl a deserter? By any definition YES

Would triggering a search for him constitute causing intentional danger to his platoon? YES

Did this administration trade five of the highest value prisoners we had for this deserter? YES

Is it at all likely those five high value leaders will do more damage, wreak more havoc and kill more people? YES

We'll place the deaths of soldiers on the back burner until there is more clarification.

Based on his intent, he deserves what any deserter of his post deserves.

Am I mistaken, or would that be a firing squad?

If that is the verdict, so be it.

Again you show abject ignorance. As part of a standing order a missing soldier is part of the mission, looking for him and finding him.

Further proof that you know nothing about what you comment on, even demand the outcome you want unless you decide to take that back.

It is his job to intervene before the incorrect verdict is reached.

Are you claiming to be an expert in military law now? Hint, you aren't even close to any knowledge of military law as you have proven time and time again.

What was traitorous about what Obama did and what terrorists did he deal with? Name 'em. You can't.

Number two, the United States has quite an extensive history of dealing with ACTUAL terrorists. Every president since Ike at least has dealt with terrorists. It's what we do despite some bogus longstanding policy.

Sorry to tell you.

You're so dishonest I'm done trying to reason with you.
You realize there isn't even a verdict yet.

He should not go to jail. he should be shot by firing squad...by his peers he left behind. I have no problem with reality...it is those on the left that live in an upside down world.

I'm confused here, did berghdal leave his post/company/job? Does the time frame matter? Does what he was going to do matter? All that is after the fact...

He broke military law...like it or not.....again, if the courts want to take that into consideration, fine, let them, in the end he left his post....which is what everyone? All at once now....
