If found guilty, he should be punished according to the sentencing guidelines.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Look them up. They are on google and to quote you, you have fingers and a computer so do your own work for once.

I get my reports from main stream newspapers, I take it you can't provide the quote.

Main stream newspapers or any newspapers cannot be trusted for 100% accuracy.

Here is the problem with a lot of people, if they agree with an article, then those are facts, if they don't agree with an article, then those are just opinions or rumors. =) Happens all the time.

My morning paper said the Army suggests he should be discharged and be able to get his benefits.
Thus rewarding bad behavior and setting a bad precedent.

Prison time followed by a BCD (bad conduct discharge).

I know many don't like Trump but I do agree with him when he said that Bergdahl should be executed for desertion. Isn't execution still on the books for desertion in the United States?

The major newspapers were fairly consistent in their reporting on Bergdahl, is there anything you can point to that was inaccurate.

Where do people go other than major media to find a credible information.

Are these witnesses from the hearing?

if not, how is this relevant to how this case may be decided?

You must take courses in truth to see this.

BTW, your opinion on this subject means exactly the same to me as Obamas --Nothing.
LOL. As if your opinion means anything to anyone here. Other than yourself, of course. You obviously have a very high opinion of your own opinions.
