And how many countries did the US invade in the name of nation building, overthrowing governments and try to force change and democracy to those countries? How did that turn out?? The US should have just stayed out and let them live in their world as they did for centuries.
Liberal Democrats like Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi all made speeches declaring that Iraq's WMDs were an imminent threat to America and that we needed to have "regime change" in Iraq.
Democracy was not intended to be the goal, but a possible by-product of overthrowing a brutal dictator who committed mass murder and used WMDs (chemical weapons) against the Kurds.

Here again, we see a comparison of America -- which is fairly accepting of gays -- to Islam, which executes gays just for being gay.
And the entire US, with the exception of Muslims, is "fairly accepting" to gays? Do you really speak for America? I for one don't have a problem with the sexual orientation of people. More interested in the content of the person and no interest in their sexual orientation.
