I completely agree with you. I too, will vote for Donald Trump for this single issue: border control. (and in all fairness, control the canadian border as well)
“open borders” is NOT even a superficially attractive idea , especially when it’s subjected to critical thinking, at which point its true nature is revealed. The progressive left attempt to make a “moral case” in its defense. But there is no moral case to be made for sacrificing democratic decision-making and national sovereignty to oligarchic and corporate whims.
“Open borders” is a recipe for the further commodification of human beings. It treats people as economic inputs to be moved about the globe at the whim of global capital. It is neither rational nor humane, and it has yet to receive the thorough public debunking it deserves.
Great insight. It's real nations with REAL people inside them that consider it their home that give meaning to their day to day existence.....not some libertarian/uber alles Adam Smith nonsense.

Fasching has no restraint when it comes to their floats, Bill Clinton feeling up the Statue of Liberty's b00bs, Obama hanging from a tree by his tail eating a banana, things like that.
Germany should have these animals loaded onto box cars and shipped back to where they came from.
If Americans are stupid enough to put the hilldebeast or Bernie in the White House we will have the same trouble here.
