White death rates surge, led by drug overdoses (Miami, high school, states)

While death rates for Blacks and Hispanics continue to decline there is a surge in White death rates. The leading cause is drug overdoses, which is up 20%+
Obviously to be blamed on liberals and multiculturism.
My biological mother and father were both heroin addicts. Both white. This was the 70's, early 80's and they eventually died in the 90's. Well my biological mother managed on a methadone maintenance program for many years but was still an alcoholic and methadone addict, and who knows what else. This is not a NEW problem even in the slightest. It's just getting lots of attention from the 'OMG, WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN' contituency. White people have always been hooked on drugs. They just got a free pass in the 80s when they were able to afford good powdered cocaine. Those that couldnt? Well, they were dying from the hard and dirty stuff.
The whole pretty young white girls dying of drugs panic is just a way for those interested in profit (through various means, many of which nefarious) to profit. Humans will ALWAYS seek out ways to profit, your precious little snowflakes be damned.
To be fair: some older brothers of my classmates ALSO died from OD's and; not all of them were anglo white either.
I know someone who was a former heroine user, and couple decades later had a series back injury and so was on pain meds - and upon mentioning the possibility of addictive concerns and asking advice for weaning off or down, the doctor "showed him the door" and refused further meds or assistance or advice, so he went to 'Plan B' that he knew would work for the pain.
He is still alive, thank goodness, but he thinks the doctor was scared for his credentials at the idea or mention of any possible problems. But the patient was just trying to be honest. It's a sad and frustrating situation.
I know several that were like that, my wife recently changed pain clinics as they just pushed the pain meds on all the clients no physical therapy and stupid ideas such as just doing Yoga (great idea unless you have degenerating disks in your back). The ones that stuck with the program were never questioned, the ones that questioned the possibility of becoming addicted were forced out quickly. Anytime they reported that the pain meds did not work any longer, they just upped the dose or the kind of drug. They were basically ran through like cattle, collecting insurance money, collecting benefits from the drug manufacturers, and keeping their clients doped up.
She is now with a different pain clinic which arranges for physical therapy and really works with clients to help them find alternative ways to manage the pain. Problem is those programs are rare, most would rather just do the cattle call type the money is better and patients come back every month.

Drug addiction has long been a problem, the reason it is getting so much press now is that the use of heroin is exploding, and has been for the last couple of years after years of declining use.
One of my mom's friend's son OD'ed on marijuana. When they found him, his hands were still clutching a bong. All thanks to Obama not enforcing our nation's drugs laws.
RIP Steve. You will be missed.

Well duh. Life is starting to suck more and more for more and more people. What do you think people are going to turn to? When there is so little pleasure in one's life, being able to alter that chemically is EXTREMELY tempting. Perhaps we need to flip the paradigm? Inform those growing up now that life isn't a bowl of sugary Cheerios, and that it does indeed SUCK for most people. We'd get a lot less people turning 21 only to be shocked how ****ty this world really is. I do not blame people for checking out. This world can be nasty, and the alternatives for most people aren't worth the emotional drain.
