You said being suspected of a crime is the only case when they grant immunity, which is obviously not true.
How many instances have there been where the FBI has granted someone immunity and they have not been involved in a crime?
This is a very big deal because it goes beyond any crimes that may have already been committed, it's like a giant crowbar. It's a felony to lie to an FBI agent so anyone else previously interviewed or is going to be interviewed will have that hanging over their heads too. This would include Clinton and her top staff. With immunity granted they can safely assume everything this guy knows the FBI knows. Of course they can decline to be interviewed and I would expect that under normal circumstances but she is in the middle of a Presidential bid... that's not really an option.
Mostly the option of immunity is to avoid the Witch Hunt prone Congress from trying to misconstrue anything he may say to the FBI for political stage setting of a phony crime investigation. Certainly GOP Congress Gowdy Doody Committee wouldn't do that .... right?

Just to be fair. Given the complexity of the law, nobody in USA can honestly say that he or she is 100% innocent. We could be all guilty of something. There's also federal conspiracy to commit statue which basically covers whatever they want to charge us.
Given what is at stake, it would take a delusional Democrat to still support Clinton.

I can't believe any candidate would attack Biden's son, regardless of affiliation. If one did, it would be the end of their chances. R or D, we all have our limits. I think, for most of us, families are off limits, especially the death of a child.
What about after we staged the coup in the Ukraine, then Biden raced over there to meet with the state run oil/gas company & a month later Biden's son was named to the Board of Directors? Can people talk about THAT son? John Kerry/Theresa Heinz's son has a best friend and former college roomate, he got the other BOD slot. All just a big coincidence though since the Democrats aren't corporate pawns or big oil shills, like the R's.

They're not delusional, they just don't care. If Hillary was convicted of murder, they would still support her. I applaud their blind loyalty, I just can't stomach when they lecture others about morality.
