You might also be interested in googling Victoria Nuland (Asst Secretary of State for Europe) and Geoffrey Pyatt (US Ambassador to Ukraine) caught on tape discussing who they intended to lead the new government months before the coup. It's pretty clear they were plotting againt the former president and what happened in Ukraine was not organic. The drama in the Ukraine is all about US power brokers stealing the gas and oil from Russian power brokers.

Emails? You are are right. People where I work have been fired for simply sending an email from the company server because it had a questionable joke. She knew the policies and ignored them. She has a long history of ignoring inconvenient policies, rules and laws.
Why is it acceptable for underlings to be held accountable but not Hillary?
A general lost his career over emails.
If she can follow policies and guidelines, then how can she be Commander in Chief? A good leader should be the role model for desired behaviors. If you can't follow rules then you are not fit to lead.

You do realize that what they did was exactly what the engineers in Iran did when they were infected with Stuxnet. It's like the origination was an email or thumb drive and from that point on it transferred from machine to machine through networks and/or thumb drives.

It was just a code albeit a rather awesome and technical code meant for one purpose only.

It's called qualified immunity and it usually applies to POs but also extends to government officials in the executive branch.

No, because there is no such thing as criminal activity to a Democrat. Anything goes. Laws are meaningless guidelines for others.

No, we are talking about highly classified information on an unsecure server... a massive security violation if there ever was one. but go ahead and keep your head in the sand.
