Even for a career criminal like Hillary, this news will likely cause her sphincter to tighten. More and more people are waking up to the fact that Hillary has more skeletons in her closet than BubbaJeff has names in his lil' black book.
That's just something they like to do over there at the DOJ, it's not like there is anything illegal that went on with her email server.

Move along, nothing to see here folks....

Isn't that usually the only case in which immunity is granted in exchange for testimony?

He got caught committing a crime, and he's going to give up who paid him to do so.

He was complicit in the criminal act of setting up and using a non-secure email server for the transmission of classified State Department information. This is not the Republicans looking into this. There are well over 100 FBI agents going through documents and asking questions. Those people working for her didn't do it without HRC directing them to do it so she could keep secrets.

Oh wait, that also goes against the conservative meme, doesn't it? MSNBC is obviously going to cover this up.
Add to that, there are also Bernie Sanders supporters all throughout the democrat party who despise Hilary, and are only too happy to destroy her campaign to get their guy elected.

Depends on what part he played in transfering, altering, or destroying classified email documents.

Meh, he only used a dust cloth to wipe off the server.

This is the small fish, they want the big fish. Immunity is not granted lightly and would be a very strong indication that there is some significant evidence that a crime has been committed by someone higher up the chain.

This may also be tied in with her shady dealings and influence peddling going on with her Foundation, and not limited just to her email account. The staffer may have managed the server for her Foundation too.

I am asking because it seems like they granted him 'immunity' although he was not suspected of a crime. What crime do you think he committed?

Can you provide links from a neutral source please. It does not sound factual.
