The shutdown, the markets, his blabbering and everything else is having an almost instant effect: https://fivethirtyeight.com/
The spread - that is, disapproval over approval, has usually been around 10%. Even at that his record is by far the worst in history (recorded....click on that area for the details of former POTUS).
But notice the upslope in disapproval and downslope in approval just in the last couple of days.
The spread is now 12%, which is a 20% increase over just a week or two ago. Another way of looking at it is that 30% more Americans disapprove of him than approve - that is MASSIVE. No "margin of error" here.
The political slant - beside the obvious - is this. Large numbers (millions) of people are either changing their support for Trump or going from "neutral" (neither approve nor disapprove) to disapprove.
A new low...or high, depending on how you look at it.
It appears the Migrants, the Wall and all of what Trump thinks are red meat...are only appealing to the same old dogs.
The same people spewing the same old thing day in and day out. I’m not bothered by the polls, they are meaningless at this point. Trump will continue doing what he campaigned on. This is the best 2 years of a presidency from a policy perspective that I’ve witnessed, that is how I will judge his presidency when he’s gone. Let the media obsess on everything else
in before someone says she won the popular vote... Im sure President Trump congratulates her for that from the Oval Office.
