Hey- what a great negotiator eh? Well at least SSDI payments are still going out for poor folks, lol.

yep.

i equate it with buying a maserati wihout a transmission to get my daughter to middle school. it's not cost efficient, overlooks multiple better options and ultimately is ineffective.

As of today, RCP has him at 37 to 39% approval.

The most recent opposition polls, taken on the 9th:
Trump tying with Warren 46-46
Biden beats Trump 49-44
Trump beats O'Roarke 46-45
Sanders beats Trump 48-45
Trump and Harris tie 45-45
Trump beats Booker 46-45

If the best Trump can do against Warren is a tie, he's in deep trouble. Either all that Pocahontas name calling either didn't work or backfired on him.
And if Joe Biden decides to put his hat in the ring anytime soon, he will be starting with a 4 point lead.

Not good signs for Trump. No sitting President who has dropped to 36% has ever won re-election since polling began. Less than a year ago, when this topic began, he was at 51% approval. Little Donny better turn this around or he's toast.

Wow, went down below 40 on 538....just as this thread was going along (today).

Biggest spread in a year.

Trump's advisors...assuming any of sanity are left...are probably huddling and wondering what they can do about this.

I mean, Trump caved already - he called 1/2 or more of the people back. Of course, that makes him look worse...due to no pay for many!

I've always said the guy plays a bad game of checkers, but this has to be the ultimate worst. I bet my 9 year old could beat him.

What is gonna happen as more of this Manafort/Cohen stuff comes out? Ain't gonna help. The stock market is still well below what it was a year ago.

I can just hear it now. When the market goes up past what it was one year ago, Trump fans are gonna tell us how great it is....

.
If our leaders are chosen by Indian Name Calling, the Republic has already ceased to exist.....and I think Trump won (both the primary and the general) partially due to his 8th grade level of that art.

Sad, really. Not to say I thought we were better than that. Some are, but many are not.

The day is coming when he'll look back and think "those were the good ol' days!"

Circling the drain.

Wow, a -22%. Imagine what these polls would look like if taken after the Buzzfeed story on his direction that Cohen to lie to Congress...

It might be time for Trump to write a few checks to Liberty University and get those numbers up
