I can understand large Muslim communities in certain parts of France due to previous French dominion of Algeria, Morocco and Syria, Lebanon. I can understand in Germany due to the large post-ww2 settlement of Turks there. But Belgium? Why would a country which is not starved for workers and has no ties to NE-ME/Arabic cultural groups allow so many into their country where they then tend to be unemployed which we know leads to unhappiness which then leads to mischief.

This has nothing to do with unemployment.
