NPR piece day before yesterday mentioned this particular Muslim quarter had 35% unemployment which correlates to unrest and then criminal behavior. They alluded to being more susceptible to terrorist activities.
These weren't refugees, these were home grown Belgians going back and forth to Syria. Conservatives want to ban all Muslims or Syrian refugees.

What is "proper vetting" are there specific proposals as to what they look like because I have yet to hear a thing. The refugees have already been vetted for years before being allowed to enter but the Visa program is a candidate for improvement. Your the one who brought up refugees.

its called digging into the background of these people to make sure they are NOT terrorists in disguise. ISIS has said they would in fact send terrorist fighters into the US as refugees fleeing persecution. in other words they are going to use our laws and compassion against us.

Where are the arrests of family members of the St Bernadino terrorist family members who claimed they were not radicalized? The mom who lived at the same house and can't claim not knowing.
Yesterday a so called former radical islamist said on TV that many times it is entire families who know about it as these terrorist don't trust outsiders so they keep it with brothers, sisters, cousins, parents, etc.

Long response but you still have not indicated what needs to be changed in the vetting of refugees, I don't think you are aware of the current process yet you want to stop refugees from coming here.

Every time you've posted something and it's dispelled, you post some demand in response as though it was part of the discussion in the first place.
Bottom line - it needs to be changed before we allow entry of any additional Muslims. WHAT needs to be changed or HOW it needs to change is not my job.
If someone posted that Elon Musk shouldn't put any people on SpaceX until the problems are resolved, would you argue that they're unaware and need to post specifically what needs to be changed?
