Yes. They may have to buy out his contract. Wrongful termination rulings frequently result in exactly such.

So do 33 States' Laws and the Federal Government's Law. That's what's going to get ESPN in trouble unless they can actually produce a clear cut terms of contract violation in Schilling's case.

77% of the public agrees with Schilling, that the truth hurt more than lies ever will.
That always makes me laugh, and it's not 77 percent according to Reutars. If 44 percent of women and 39 percent of men approve and averages out to 42.5, then do that math. That 42.5 approval is about where same sex marriage was 8 years ago.

What ??? You want ESPN to claim the firing was illegal and release the contract to prove it was illegal

If CS files a lawsuit alleging breach of contract, I'm sure court docs will have contract info.

btw, you have a nasty habit of snipping parts of posts. I haven't heard CS claim the firing was illegal have you ?

The more you speak on the issue, frankly the more you embarrass yourself. Quit while you are ahead.
You raise a question neither of us can answer: Does ESPN's inclusiveness allow men who identify as women to use women's facilities, and vice-versa.

If Schilling had felt womanly one day, would ESPN let him use what has traditionally been called 'the Lady's Room.'

Exactly.

Why quote irrelevant parts when I'm not responding to them. The way I do so is known worldwide as proper internet etiquette.

Come on... how can it be 2016 and you still don't know that?

Actually I am trying to find that out for certain, but my guess is they would. Micheal Jordan just last night denounced the NC law and said the "Time Warner Arena" has and will remain open to it. Just two weeks ago I was at the NHL headquarters and they have "gender neutral" bathrooms, which I have always said is the way to go, if you want to restrict bathroom use.

Incidentally it's kind of amusing how money talks. Just a few weeks ago the state of Georgia had a similar anti-gay bill. The NFL threatened to overlook the state for planning a Super Bowl, in which was in part the reason why their Gov vetoed it. So now in NC we hear the NBA is talking pulling next year's All Star game. Guess who has started it's bidding for it? Atlanta!!

They are not victims, they are idiots. Idiots that thought being a freak of nature would be fun, as long as no one called them out on it. Life does not work like that.
So no, you didn't pick up the irony of your post.

Not surprising, at all.

I find it amusing, and alarming, that the new narrative on gay issues is: If gays don't legislatively get absolutely everything they demand then opposition to that is "anti-gay", the presumption being that 'gayness' is some special condition that must be celebrated and worshipped at the altar of Political Correctness. If you oppose ANYTHING they demand, no matter the reason... you're "anti-gay". Your opposition now means you have some sort of deep personality or mental defect.

The whole narrative is astoundingly stupid and shallow a... and yet effective... on the stupid and shallow.
