Idaho ‘rape’: Obama prosecutor ‘silencing Americans with threats of arrest’!

Idahoans who spread “false or inflammatory information” about the alleged Muslim perpetrators may be subject to prosecution.
If spreading false or inflammatory information will get you prosecuted we better start rounding up the media

Wouldn't this be protected by the 1st amendment?

Depends. There's still laws about slander and libel. Break those laws and using the 1st Amendment isn't going to protect you. Look at how many lawsuits the National Enquirer has lost.

You wouldn't have to spread false or inflammatory information. Just let people know the facts and they will be horrified and appalled enough at the attack on this 5 year old child and that the attackers are getting off free, and people will be outraged.

I really hope we don't turn into another Germany, but here it starts. A little attack here, a little rape there--all collateral damage in light of the EU's goals.

In this case, the police are in a damned if they do, damned if they don't. According to many on this board, if they take the time to thoroughly investigate the case, they are "covering it up". If they don't release information before all of the facts are know, they are "covering up".
On the other hand, if they do what the hordes on C-D want, and release information that is inaccurate or could compromise the case, they will have bungled the investigation. Or worse, they'll be accused of tainting the case intentionally to "protect the Muslims". If they don't take the time to thoroughly investigate, they will be disparaged, and accused of Muslim sympathies. If any haste, or sloppiness results in these youths getting off on a technicality, the police will be vilified as the Idaho chapter of ISIS.
Real investigations aren't like an episode of Law & Order where everything is wrapped up in a bow in an hour. If information about the case isn't being fed to you before it's been properly vetted, that's not a "cover up", that's good police work.

It is all our own fault. We have been going about this whole Muslim / Islamic integration into our culture all wrong. Loretta Lynch tells us the most effective response is to treat them with love.

It is amazing that people actually think she is a good choice for POTUS. A nice elderly woman that works for my wife is a supporter of hers. I told my wife to ask her for 3 reasons she think HRC should be the President. She stopped after saying "we need a woman in the Whitehouse" ... that was it. Pathetic.
