End Birthright citizenship. Slavery is long gone and all descendants are now Americans.
Yes, combatting illegal immigration requires many actions.

No it did not, especially seeing most illegals in this country entered through border crossing checkpoints as either on vacation or day workers. Or they simply do what most illegals in this country do, fly into one of the many airports. As long as you got a passport, you are good to go in most cases.

A wall worked pretty well in Berlin for 28 years. Of course ANY security measure can eventually be defeated if someone is smart, clever enough and has enough resources. Just because it can be defeated doesn't mean it shouldn't be done. I'm sure you lock your doors even though they can easily be kicked down.

In what way does this act as proof that a wall would be a cost effective solution to illegal immigration?

Not every solution can be cost effective.

Sorry, but yes it did.

San Diego Fence Provides Lessons in Border Control : NPR

Quote:
Today, Henry is assistant chief of the Border Patrol's San Diego sector. He says apprehensions here are down 95 percent, from 100,000 a year to 5,000 a year, largely because the single strand of cable marking the border was replaced by double — and in some places, triple — fencing

Btw, why are thousands of illegals hiking through rough terrain with coyotes that rob and rape them when they can just hop on a plane?

Leave Florida alone. People of great wealth have lots of enemies, they can't even hire a maid who will try to fall and sue. I say give it all away,, now they are in a cage, live like prisoners.

Correcting the lie once again. Only 40% of illegals are visa over stayers the other 60% never came here legally in the first place.

Apparently facts staring them right in the face still escapes some in here. Here is another article that proves that walls do work.

Where U.S.-Mexico border fence is tall, it works
