The woman recording the video admitted that there was marijuana in the car. If he was around illegal drugs and carrying a firearm, he certainly wasn't a "law abiding citizen" like the NRA refers to.
In Minnesota, that's just an "infraction"--not even a misdemeanor.
The NRA believes the 2nd Amendment applies to whites only. It is a racist organization. They have not publicly defended Castile's right to carry.
Sounds like a "Racist" comment to me. I don't remember anyone saying he should not have been carrying, did you? In fact, he was given a permit to carry, from what's been reported. Have you different information? Why should the NRA defend a position that's not eve in question?

In this case, I think you have a cop who didn't use good judgment. Was this the only time or did he have a record of not showing good judgment? There are some people out there who shouldn't be in law enforcement.
I wonder how many other black men with a wide set nose were pulled over by those cops this month, particularly since the armed robbery on 7/2. I don't know that area, but I'd guess it must be dozens if not hundreds. It might be far-fetched, but maybe the car and other info matched the armed robbery bolo.

Clearly these policies disproportionately affect poor blacks, can you draw a logical argument that can prove otherwise? Do you have any idea the expense and amount of red tape you need to go through in some of these places to purchase a gun?
The left has made the same arguments about voter ID and getting an ID is a cake walk compared to what some of these people need to go through to get a gun.
I also find it concerning that Castile was pulled over 52 times for minor traffic offenses. That seems ridiculous to me. In my entire lifetime, I think I've been pulled over 5 times -- and that's with 43 years of driving.

And how could he even see that in the dark? It was 9:30 at night.
But Brown was killed at a distance of at least 30 feet from the officer.
He should have been shot in the store he robbed, and when he assaulted the store owner.
