We are having our revolution already, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador a Socialist Nationalist is peaking in the Polls he is going to Nationalize US Assets if stupid Trump continues to damage our trade relations.
Pehaps we even sign treatis with China and Russia. And subtitude US investment and assets with Chiense and Russian Assets.
Not at all. I don't see immigration from Mexico as our biggest problem, but based on what a lot of the Right says we're overrun. And they think a wall will solve all our problems.
Are any of the 700 miles you're referring to on private land? If so how will that be handled?
What is the better system you have for that 40%? And how is 40% "only" - that's a large percentage.
No one has said that illegal immigration is the biggest problem we are facing but it certainly is one of the most pressing issues we are facing. If 12 million plus illegal aliens in our country isn't being overrun than I am beyond words for you. The wall is only a part of the solution. We also need to remove all of the incentives for them to remain here and continue to come here. Criminals and terrorists don't care about jobs and benefits thus the wall. It won't deter them 100% but it will be effective in deterring many of them.
You implied that most illegals are visa over stayers but they are not. 40% is a lot but 60% being illegal border crossers is much more. We need to address both of those problems.
Great idea. We send them payments for oil, and then seize the payments.
BRILLIANT!!!
Ummm...no.
You tax cash transfers from drug dealers and illegal aliens sending money home to Mexico via Western Union etc.
