How do you propose the US taxes money from say Sweden to Mexico? I send $$ to England which then gets sent to Mexico the US isn't involved unless we start taxing all money sent anywhere for any reason. Then there is the fact that I can walk into any walmart or gas station and buy a prepaid card and pop it into the mail or send money through pay pal.

Mexicans going ther are taking advantage of Exchange rate. But in Exchange to US citizens here in Mexico we have Tuittion Free Universities and Broad Health Care coveratge Single paid. Only if you want to ad a private health Insurance to cover you you can purchase it, you are not forced. and we DO NOT PAY DEDUCTIBLES FOR KIDNEY/LIVER/HEART TRANSPLANTS.

If anyone actually expected him to do what he said he'd do, I'm not sure what to say. Politicians say things to get elected.

Also, "tax" and "ask" don't go together. "We're asking taxpayers to foot the bill, and they don't have a choice."
