I send $$ to England which then gets sent to Mexico the US isn't involved unless we start taxing all money sent anywhere for any reason. Only if you want to ad a private health Insurance to cover you you can purchase it, you are not forced. and we DO NOT PAY DEDUCTIBLES FOR KIDNEY/LIVER/HEART TRANSPLANTS.
