Trump and his billionaire cronies clearly, specifically ran their campaign on hate, fear, ignorance and bigotry by appealing to the lowest-common-denominator qualities in people, and the double digit IQ set fell for it. Lapped it up, in fact.
One important thing to take from this is the abject hypocrisy of the Trump lemmings. The most entrenched are still trying to defend this traitorous, cowardly fraud...ignoring, deflecting, shrugging their shoulders. Witness the simpering BS in the post quoted below for just one example:

She didn't look so good, dark circles and wrinkles under her eyes. The poor girl doesn't have much to start with, she'd better get off the team before she's run plum ragged putting out fires for DJT. She looked as if her stare was saying, "I can't take four years of this." Her mouth was in it but her heart was somewhere else.
Well, this is the new normal. When you blatantly lie, like this administration is seemingly going to do, you have to come up with a new phrase for your lies. Today Kellyanne Conway, referencing the lies told by Press Secretary Sean Spicer on his estimates of inauguration crowd size, called them "alternative facts".
This is straight out of the Russian playbook, where the government uses propaganda in every press release.
Kudos to Chuck Todd for saying there is no such thing as an "alternative fact", it is actually a falsehood.
Chuck at least tried to stop her, but the truth is he allowed her to filibuster instead of simply cutting her off or interjecting firmly enough.
The sooner CNN, PBS , MSNBC figure out that Conway and Trump need them vastly more , the sooner they will stop lying.
Conway lies because no matter what she says, does or lies about she is always welcomed back. what we really need are News stations will more steel to stand up to Trump and his band of lying thugs.
If the Media stand firm Trump is doomed, Fox is just not enough.

Relatively meaningless poll numbers aren't the same thing as bald-faced lies spun as "alternate facts" BS, and you know it, but it's all you got, weak and laughable as it is.
