Notice how Trump's impromptu press announcement several weeks ago made Trump like foolish... Seems he stuck to a script this time and moved more towards the center. How do Trump supporters feel now that Trump is softening on immigration and illegal immigrants?
I cannot stand Trump but I give him credit for sounding much more rational and, well, presidential. As far as what he actually said, well a lot of it is fluff and the devil is in the details. As soon as I saw Ryan jump up and applaud at his remarks on Obamacare I knew that it was all BS and they are gonna screw over a lot of people.
What's amazing is that he is a perfect reflection of our flawed culture - its heights, failings, everything. The thing is when people see Donald Trump, they see themselves, the reality TV star, the man that has everything - he is everything most want to be, yet his attitude is nothing many want to be. It is a conundrum, and what makes him the perfect President for this day and age.
Is this some sort of bizarre joke? He is absolutely nothing I would ever want to be, or most other Americans would want to be. He is one of the most horrible, despicable, revolting human beings ever to soil the ground upon which he walked.
Speak for yourself. Please do not presume to speak for people with values.

I have a news alert for you. Trump is not against minorities, not against "immigrants", not against women and not against LGBT (here's proof from one of his rallies).

The fact that the speech was so good and the people who came in made it powerful and moving, that just made the democrats antics even more deplorable. Their tactic of obstruction and and demonization will have to change now. Its a game changer.
