The overly long, over-the-top tribute to the Navy SEAL widow was a masterful deflection from a poorly executed raid. We'll see more of this: when Trump stumbles, he will use emotional appeals to nationalism to cover his errors.
You are a progressive correct? You support socialism? Are you in agreement with Marx?

Pretty sure there was outrage when Obama did it.

That isn't true.
It is so true! As far as I recall, only Ft. Hood was not.

The facts are plain to see. A 'merit based' immigration system means only let in skilled, highly qualified labor while screening out unskilled workers. The skilled professionals from overseas accept lower salaries, which is why corporations love them. They do in fact take jobs away from Americans with similar skills.

I was a strong opponent of Trump. I held my nose to vote for him because only an idiot would want Hillary to win.

So.. what did I get? So far, not too bad. I always said if he made me a liar, I would own it and accept it. So far, I am looking a bit sheepish in what I expected from him, but I will measure him fully at the end of his term.

Now don't get me wrong, I do not wave the Trump flag like an idiot. He has some major problems in trade (Tariffs are a massive mistake) and his reflectance to go after the dreamers has me irritated. Add in his focus on "infrastructure spending" and I have a headache as he sounds like a progressive on those fronts.

Trump is a "wait and see" president, much better than the known communist sympathizer and subverter Obama was. While I do not bow at his feet, I can "accept" him so far, and disagree with certain aspects

If that is unreasonable, then my argument is anyone who would claim such is not truly American.

In a show of unity, a majority of Democratic women in the House wore white in honor of women’s suffrage as President Trump delivered his first address to a joint session of Congress.

Some Democrats also wore blue ribbons for the American Civil Liberties Union, and blue buttons that said # protectourcare in support of former President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law.

The reaction from the left wing media tells you everything you need know. Even they admit Trump crushed it.

Hillary lies, but she's not a compulsive liar. Surprisingly, she's the second most truthful person in government, according to a study, which doesn't say much for the rest of our politicians. Trump's tendency to lie on the other hand is medically categorized as sociopathic. So no, Hilary is not as bad or worse when it comes to lying than Trump. It is quite the complete opposite People who are or worse than Trump, are typically confined to a mental ward.
