Nope. There are over 13 thousand federally authorized health centers which are NOT planned parenthood to handle this.

Though in Alaska, many are traveling to Seattle because their later term abortions are not performed there. Sometimes it takes a long time to get into town in the first place when you live out in the boondocks

Sadly most people don't give their child up for adoption. They murder them instead, for convenience and health reasons (being pregnant is not healthy, very hard on the body)

If you could read the Hyde Amendment, no one would have spent the last 29 pages trying to explain/prove it to you.

You best go read up on the Hyde amendment. It has been awhile since I was interested, but IIRC Medicaid will pay to save the life of the mother, or in cases of rape or incest. I could be wrong.

Some states will cover abortion out of state funded. Medicaid money.

my son was born at 27 weeks due to an emergency...are you saying he never became a baby because he didn't hit some magic week mark

I can read it all I want

If you had read my post that I had AN APPOINTMENT for an abortion WITH PP which has nothing to do with the hyde ammendment but convenience, then ....ok this thread would still be 29 pages long

Except I mis-carried prior so ended up with the same procedure, yet now called a D&C.

My sons friend just an an abortion at PP not long ago. Nothing wrong with her. We went with her

Instead of complaining about things you know not, try to keep up instead please

Simply, They take the public funds and put most of it in their pocket. It is a money making venture for them. Without public money they have no profit. Shut them down heath care will be there by real doctors and nurses. Never has PP been about providing any kind of aid. It has always been Agenda driven and profit orientated.
It is a play on words, but its no different than how our politicians do illegal things and get away with it. They wordsmith to their constituents.
Actually, if Planned Parenthood was smart, they'd change the name of the business to something like Responsible Health and quit allowing other people to to define them by one service they provide. I mean when I go to the Podiatrist, I don't say Toenail Extractor Clinic.

Relative to real doctors and nurses, you may have a point - but access is the key since insurance is a joke in this country. And there is also the fact that wealthy people are able to get their abortions and poorer people cannot get their abortions due to access issues.

Adoption is for children that need homes.

It has and never will be an answer for an unintended pregnancy.

they are babies as soon as they have a heartbeat

sorry but 'want' doesn't equal 'need'

a woman has the right to chose to have sex or not....and she has that very CHOICE

a woman has the right to chose to have protected sex or not....and she has that very CHOICE

a woman has the right to chose to have contracepted sex or not....and she has that very CHOICE

a woman has the right to chose to tell the male to put on a 'raincoat' for sex or not....and she has that very CHOICE

the fact remains that IF she gets pregnant she made choices to get there...but she didn't do it alone....and you can darm-skippy bet if she choses to keep it, she will be yelling about child support from the male, who made the baby WITH her

that baby should have a choice...the male should also be part of that choice.....its not JUST her body, but another life form (baby) growing inside her.....

btw I agree with abortion being allowed , just should not be federally funded

I don't think abortion should be the first choice.... many couples out there CAN'T physically have kids...instead of abortion, why not consider adoption
