The government is not some evil, sci-fi villain trying to control your every thought. Like seriously, the government poisons the air? What secret well on untouched air does the president have access to then, since it makes no sense at all to suggest the government would hurt itself?
Nearly every conspiracy is just that; a conspiracy. A nonsensical claim that can only stand when held up by a sufficient level of paranoia.
People used to think the USS Maine was set fire by the US government to justify the Spanish American war. Odds are, many posters will have to look that up to even follow what I'm talking about. The reason: it was a nonsensical story, made up to generate hype and supported by crazy people.
Some people simply can't grasp that sensationalist communication styles and truth are two different things - and correlate negatively besides.

There are a lot of Alex Jones/InfoWars fans on here. He is the one responsible for starting rumors that the shooting was staged, alleging that the murder of 26 people, including 20 children, was faked.
No it's a sad ridiculous and hurtful conspiracy theory.
The fact that Cons are on this PR campaign about "Fake News" yet worship at the altar of Trump favorites like conspiracy monger Alex Jones tells you all you need to know about conservatives and Trump.
Please explain how making up lies about what Alex Jones said is the truth?

It should never be released. Why would anyone want to watch this massacre of children
Playing devil's advocate here but the video belongs to the public. The taxpayers of Connecticut bought it. It's theirs.
