The Hill made that comment regarding Lynch's involvement but that is contradicted by Lynch and other publications.
That attempt at deflection won't work.
Section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Title 8, United States Code, Section 1182(d)(5): provides authority to the Attorney General to parole aliens otherwise ineligible for a visa into the United States.
Since the Russian lawyer was ineligible for a visa, Loretta Lynch was the only one who could grant her entry into the US.

The Russian story actually has Trump family members admitting it happened. The meeting did take place. No one is disupting it. How we interpret it may vary...for now...but it's based on a real event. So right there there is an actual basis for the story.

trump, donald jr, kellyanne and pence all directly denied that there was any meeting with russians during the campaign. we now know that to be false.
This Current Administration is an embarrassment as well as treasonous against the United States and they look down on the people as being nothing more than a mass of SERF's who only worth for these people is to be money-changers, from one hand of the wealthy to the next.
They don't care about "humanity", their faith and devotion is to "money" and it has absolutely no ethics about the means they acquire it. They do not understand life as the system of humanity working to build a unity among the varying ideals of people who work to be contributors to life, that others may enjoy the conveniences man's minds and hands produces.
To these people... "MONEY" is all that matter, and then they want "Power" to wield over other man.
They knew it was treasonous collusion in what they did, but they "don't care"... they care about getting what they want and if lying is necessary when they are caught, its just part of the package in their mentality. There is no honor in them for the masses of the people, and when the chips fall... they will turn on each other in the flip of a penny, because they are taught to be like "vultures"..... and if there is no dead prey to devour, they will kill something because the vulture's instinct is ingrained.

All these people did not just stumble haphazardly into that room... and one can be assured that her arrival was covert, by private Trump owned vehicle and brought right into a back entrance and to the personal elevators to that room. Likely what transpired was they told her there was too much heat to try and reverse the sanctions and she likely felt shafted by them, and told them, she'd give them the what she had, but they'd have to do their own follow up... "unless" they can guarantee her the sanctioned would be lifted then she'd give them anything else, even if they have to fabricate it. Basic simplicity is she had nothing, because there was nothing to have had...
One can be sure the Russian studied this cast of character long before that email was sent, and they knew this group was desperate for anything they could possibly spin, so any hook line would have sufficed to lure them to meet, and when no assurance of sanctions could be made..
If the Russian had anything on Hillary or any other Democratic person, they'd have used it long before Trump became a front runner, but they knew one thing... Trump would fall and go for anything, if it meant money and a potential deal to get his logo on buildings in Russia and get to spin the machines of money washing to do so.
When the ENTIRE Republican Party went silent for fear Trump might expose more on them, Trump felt invincible, the first day, Trump began to talk about the Banks and their Corruption Acts with Politicians, every Republican Congressman became "afraid", they would not even stand up against some of the vile things out of Trumps minds, because they were all trying to save their butts, because they each know... That Trump knows how much and how deep they are involved, in the "illegal Money machines"... it does not only include Illicit Russian Money, but Illicit Money from every zone that Conflict Rages, because those leaders buried that money out of country, from Iraq to Syria, to Egypt, Turkey and Others.... People should not forget about the "Cuban Papers"... Nor should people be blind to think there is not Drug money in the arena from Afghanistan poppy fields, to every Opium and Cocaine dealing nation on the planet. and then there is the "Opiod Pill money", which is spinning as fast as any of the others monies.
If you notice, Session only busted the people at the bottom who were end user dispenser, those people could not have had access to those drugs without the actual production companies knowing where sales had spiked and how ramped up production numbers had become.
Put the package together and look at it... The unreset in American, the Economic Challenges and the Financial matters are all tied to people who work in this game arena... some are known and some are unknown by name, but the inside players know who's who. Trump is like the gattling gun set to go off on automatic random fire if he is busted and all these people know it. Otherwise Trump would have been removed from office. Now the matter is not just about removing Trump, but to remove all the plants he has littered our governance system with.
These big money players allowed him to move forward because they all lusted for the aims that he would 'get the massive tax breaks passed"... now they see that is even more difficult, and when the Republican floated that Kill 22 million people health bill and cut medicaid, the super wealthy behind the scenes got nervous, because now they have propped up a imbecile, and they are not going to get what they want. Trump is running scared himself because he has more than the big money in America that will come for him, he has the Russians and various other players in the Money Washing game from many nations around the globe..
The thing to watch is, Big Banking and what the Money Supply start shifting, and follow the trail.
This is a very "big game", they brought in the biggest oil man, who already has ties and business with Russia and he has been funding and playing shift the money game in Oil Producing nations for a number of decades. People glossed over the $900+BILLION Russia put in play when the Value of the Ruble began to sank.. All the money they had hidden in other countries could not be converted to Ruble without a vast loss, that money had to be put in play, and when December 2015 as oil prices continued to slide. the dollar briefly climbed to 72.47 rubles, coinciding with a slide in Brent crude futures below $37 a barrel. The Ruble in Jan 2016 - dropped 4% to 82 rubles per U.S. dollar.
Trump was groomed through his own greed which led to him being a Russian Asset bought and paid for through loans and money washing games that gave the green light to licensing agreements with Trump, to take the focus off of the illicit money backing the projects. They backed him from the gate. If he could not be pushed to Presidency, his job was to favor Russia on the Campaign Trail with hope to ease the sanction and take the focus off of the acts of the Russian Machine. Putin could not back out of Ukraine once he went in, so his next game step was to head to Syria and back that regime, as a power play and show of force, especially when the economy of Russian took such a severe hit with the declining price of Oil and Sanctions.
Putin was desperate to try to find a way to work with Obama, but he knew Obama was not going to back down, but also he could not lure Obama into any active war zone, so he detested that Obama could not be played, then when Obama came back and slapped him with more sanctions along with kicking out his diplomats, More money was put behind Trump, because Putin Knew Hillary as having been Secretary of State Under Obama, was going to push even harder on the Stands that Obama took, because she was former head of state, and to do less would have been derelection of duty, and she was not going to do that.
Thus what was left, was to use the attack dog trump and hire thousands upon thousands of operatives to flood social media, comment scripts of news stores, and push into Right Wing Media with everything they had. Because Trump had already made it know, this groups was comprised of high numbers of uneducated, mixed with big money, and the best way to push them is to use the principle of what LBJ said;
"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."
follow that up...... and promise him that you will fix his life and make him economically well off, he will fight against even his own family to support anything you tell him.
They knew the poor whites that made up the Republican Ranks had been primed for 8 yrs, with racism and bigotry and they were so driven by that, they would never think to realize, that technology, and advances in innovation long ago changed the job sector, and when the Junk Bonds spun in the 1980's it set up for massive outsourcing, that has escalated since then, along with the co-opt game of stashing money off shore to build up foreign Industrial production using cheap labor any place around the world it could be found. The Right Wing went State by State electing Republican based purely of racism and bigotry, and all that was necessary to covert them to be blind followers, was the mention of "Obama"... Trump played into the set up for all the years promoting his birther crap to ensure that race was so high on the agenda, they'd never see anything of the truths that were being done to them. They had been given someone to look down upon !!!
When it became fact that Hillary would Run, they spun up the Benghazi madness, when every Republican Knew Ambassador Stevens went into a location that was on the brink of Civil War, and he went there with no back up and no protection, and then installed himself in a private citizen compound, that was not designed nor fortified against mass attacks. Republican played it to the hilt... and when the truth came out, that Republican were responsibility to provide Funding not only to Protect Ambassador Stevens, they were responsibility to ensure back of forces were on the ready in the event something happened. When that Truth came out, Republicans, went silent like flipping a switch. By then they has pushed enough negative drama about Hillary to have turned the moderate Republicans into Radicalized Right Wingers.... and they used that to go along with gerrymandering to fill congressional seats with Republicans. By then... the candidate did not even need a platform.. all they ran on was one slogan. "I will Oppose Obama". To the masses, all they could hear, was... Oppose the Black Man, because it fed into the racist groomed they had been refueled to promote.
If people note. "Every 3 days" like clock work, there is a new drama spin, because it is already known that among the Right Wingers, they function on "Selective Amnesia", and they can be led from one Drama Spin to the next, as if they were Drama Junkies being given a new addictive injection every three days.
American is not struggling because of the good people in America. Its because of the Greed Gamer's who've played the masses since the days of slavery... through segregation, and by the 1980's the game was set to sacrifice the working poor whites and the dire poor whites, to ensure that minorities did not gain any uplift economically. Wipe out the Middle Class and all you have left is the poor right wingers and feed them the same racism they've been feed for Centuries and many decades and one can lead them any way that is desired. Well if I'm not mistaken, the context you are leaving out was "no meetings with people in Russian GOVERNMENT".
The meeting was with a Russian lawyer. Not with anyone in the Russian govt. So, no we do not now know that to be false. Try again.
the email exchange clearly shows that donald jr was expecting to receive " official documents and information" from "russian officials" at the meeting.
