I listened to his show that day and he did not say that but did tell people to think about just buying plastic containers and fill them up with water from your own tap. Seems pretty logical.
When this hurricane has passed and the inevitable death toll rolls in you gotta wonder how many of the casualties listened to Limbaugh and decided to stay put thinking the storm is just a liberal conspiracy.
