Sounds like everyone involved from the governor down who voted for and supports 'sanctuary cities' should be charged as accessories to murder.

They do not care. Illegals could kill every single police officer in the city and they would do nothing.

Not true, they'd hold a parade for the shooters calling them hero's of the resist movement.

I'm waiting to see a multi-million/billion dollar lawsuit against the city/state. Eventually someone will be able to pierce the immunity veil that's protected these incompetent leaders for years.

SF is a sanctuary city. ICE has zero power there.

Democrats are nuts.
It's stunningly embarrassing these days to be a democrat.

Aww Cmon folks this is only one example... the rest of these darlings are future valedictorians, doctors, CEO's, happy workers in jobs that Americans don't want and upstanding people that strive to be contributing members of society if Trump would only allow them to be.....

Seriously it is ridiculous that San Fran is violating federal law and protecting illegal aliens. I wonder if they would protect me if I broke some laws?

This is yet another reason never to visit San Fran.

Virtue-signalers will never understand the dangerous policy of sanctuary cities until their own child is raped or murdered by an illegal. The Press, the Government, and the Prison System do not report or publish statistics of how many violent crimes are perpetrated by illegals in this country or in sanctuary cities.

https://www.dps.texas.gov/administra...Statistics.htm

Texas Criminal Alien Arrest Data

According to DHS status indicators, over 230,000 criminal aliens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1, 2011 and August 31, 2017. During their criminal careers, these criminal aliens were charged with more than 612,000 criminal offenses. Those arrests include 1,254 homicide charges; 72,899 assault charges; 17,594 burglary charges; 73,357 drug charges; 741 kidnapping charges; 42,383 theft charges; 47,418 obstructing police charges; 4,026 robbery charges; 6,588 sexual assault charges; and 9,204 weapons charges.

Politicians in sanctuary cities instruct their police departments not to cooperate with ICE. They're viewed as the enemy doing something unfair to an illegal. They defy federal law in all instances, so removing an ankle bracelet is no big deal to them.

When Kate Steinle was murdered in SF, the illegal who killed her had been deported five times and had seven felony convictions. Authorities knew who he was and what he had done when he was arrested on a marijuana charge. He was released even though they were aware of all of this.

I don't know if there are laws in place that protect officials, but I'd sue the mayor and every official who played a part in letting her murderer walk the streets in the first place.

And I think those mayors who thumb their nose at Federal law should be put in prison just like the rest of us are when we're found guilty of committing a crime.
