Most people do not understand that most of the rights protected in Constitution, protect everyone, illegal or not. (small exceptions, like how after due process someone here illegally can be booted but a citizen can not be).
Then how do you explain illegal aliens landing at US airports having no such Rights, UNLESS they've been legally admitted to the US by Customs and Immigration? They can be and are turned away, without ever having any trial. Every. Single. Day.
But then you admitted that the aliens at O'Hare, who have not been admitted to the US by Customs and Immigration have no such Right. On US soil? Yes. Have any Rights? No.
If you are turned back from a border crossing or denied admission to the US by customs you have no option but to return to your country and appeal the decision. Once you enter the US, either legally or illegally you are protected by the constitution.

US laws treat illegals differently though as if they were admitted to the US and have rights.
There's a whole different set of laws for illegals and some of them put Americans at risk.

San Francisco and other "Sanctuary Cities" will reap what they are sowing. This is very sad and will continue if the local officials continue to refuse to work with Federal Law Enforcement Officials.
Looks like this has been an ongoing thing where San Francisco is releasing those on ICE detainers and later one of these illegal immigrants commits a major crime.
SF has their own set of rules for profiling illegals that are arrested and it's very lax as noted by the 2 past murders done by illegals released by SF police.
Once CA becomes a sanctuary state the entire state will treat illegals like SF does...catch and release until someone gets murdered.
One would think that a police officer wouldn't be so careless with his gun.
