This guy put a lot of thought and time into the attack. He showed up with over 10 rifles, and had thousands of rounds of ammunition. His room was high up and had a perfect view of the large crowd of people he shot at, quite possible he requested a room on that side of the hotel. He loaded and reloaded again and again and again, to kill as many people as he possibly could.
My point is, terrorism by the FBI's definition is "the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”
So, while it may or may not have been political (more information will come out eventually), I consider Stephen Paddock planning ahead to kill as many people as he could (at least 50 dead and over 400 injured), an act of terrorism.
MSNBC is not saying anything about it either.
I normally don't watch the news but it's on pretty much every channel. I can't watch the show's I have on DVR until my daughter leaves because they are not kid friendly.
Isis is trying to claim responsibility. I don't buy it.
I could see it especially since they put out a warning back in May. Then a few days ago saying for muslims to avoid large crowds in specific countries.

I think authorities will know more once they talk to his girlfriend - I hope. I don't buy it either but if it really is ISIS saying this, like officially ISIS because the Today Show said they didn't yet know whether that report was official, I find it strange they would take responsibility for no reason.
If there were no guns then no one could shoot. Ask China Canada Australia etc how many gun homicides they had last year.
Canada has guns, lots of them.
