Three days of non-stop country music might have made something snap in his head.

Your typical civilian Ar-15 you can buy right off the shelf (no wait time) does have a selector switch - safe and semi-fire.

They do sell fully automatic weapons in stores, gun shows and online, but like I mentioning in my past post, you're going to need a stringent FBI check, long wait time 6-8 months, and a lot of money 10-15k. You just cant walk in and buy a fully automatic assault riffle in one day. That's just ridiculous! Unless you live in South America, LOl

The number of mass killings by guns has gone down, but the number of mass killings by other means has skyrocketed, keeping the total number of people killed in mass killings virtually the same. The only difference is that now instead of shooting the victims, they beat them or set them on fire.

Learn the facts before you start spouting nonsense.

This is a really good hypothesis. If foreign headlines in ISIS-supported areas suggest their involvement, their uneducated and resourceless followers will simply lap it up as truth.

The two windows were like 10-15 windows apart. Couldn't have been the same room.

Were they (or at least one of them) have been broken by police firing at (what they thought were) muzzle flashes? Police standing on the ground in front of the hotel? Maybe one window had someone with a camera taking pictures of the concert? (An excessively stupid thing to do.)

Hard to believe the cops would fire at a window like that without more positive ID of the target. Then again, literally hundreds of people were screaming out with gunshot wounds.

If it's terrorism --- then do what needs to be done to crack down on terrorism.
And if that means closing the borders --- THEN DO IT!!!
Unless we're shutting down the borders on middle aged white guys, I don't see how that would help this situation at all.

We've also spent... untold billions on "terrorism". Between secret courts, CIA torture sites, billions spent on the War on Terror... shouldn't we already know what "needs to be done"?

Seriously. How long have we been fighting this "war", and we still cannot combat terrorism?

Anyways, it will be interesting to see the complete profile of the attacker(s). I wonder if they'll ever discover a motive.

God bless the families of those affected. Otherwise, it's just another day in the USA.

Europe has FAR LESS mass violence from their own domestic population. What they have of recent is due to Islamic terrorism. In our nation, the gun-owning citizens too ofte are the terrorists.

Let's keep doing the same thing and hoping for different results...
