This was an interesting (and unfortunate) article but this doesn't show that men have more stress. It's just that more men commit suicide, versus having stress and living with it.
Studies show women have nearly twice the rate of depression as men (big disclaimer though is not every study defines depression the same way so you see some conflicting info out there).

Plus the link was for data from 1978-2008. Likely he found many links showing that women had more stress, then cherry picked the 1978-2008 date about suicides.

Where is a halfway house for domestic abuse for men? Where is any financial support for single fathers?
I think this is a function of supply and demand. Women are more likely to need to go to a halfway house when their home is unsafe than men, who tend to make more money and be more financially secure. But there are a lot of halfway houses for men for more common reasons that afflict them, like drug/alcohol addiction.
About single fathers... doesn't the spouse that makes less money, and need support, get it? I can't believe that if a Kardashian married a dude who was broke (won't happen) and they got divorced, he wouldn't get any support from that situation.

Yes, they would from organizations. most of whom support solely women. Also about the income. Yes men earn higher, with higher incomes come with higher stress and burdens. Men are more likely to experience financial stress and are more likely to not receive external funding in times of crisis. Women as a whole have a greater support system than men. Men are more often left to fend for themselves. In a world of equality, this is a disgrace. More can be done to combat high suicide rate among men.
I don’t hate women, just women who feel entitled to anything and everything I worked hard for.
I own a plane, I own a house, invariably all women I know demand I sell both properties to move into a house of their choosing. I like my house where it is and I like my plane. Both are not for sale. Period.
I was dating a women, years ago that I was starting to get serious with, and one night she went off on me about the expense of owning my airplane. It isn't cheap, as you know, but it was MY money not hers. Still have the plane, still have the house. Don't have the girlfriend.

If nails, wood and aluminum are more important to you than human companionship (especially as you age), so be it.
Maybe she thought saving for medical emergencies and other real stuff was of importance? if so, she picked the wrong guy.
