Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995

PUBLIC LAW 104 - 45 - JERUSALEM EMBASSY ACT OF 1995

22 year old news. If the current administration does anything like "recognizing" Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel, or moving our embassy there, all they will be doing is UPHOLDING A PUBLIC LAW THAT MANDATED DOING BOTH THINGS 22 FREAKING YEARS AGO.

I swear to Christ, I have typed this same post to combat this same ignorance so many freaking times. Can anyone but me do a freaking search on Google?

No, it's more about him not bowing to an entire UN mandate and resolution declaring Jerusalem an open city. Free for all three religions to use. Jews, Muslims and Christians.
It is not the capital of Israel reserved and owned strictly by Jews. It hasn't been the capital of Israel since AD70. That's almost 2000 years ago.
What right do the Jews have to take it from the rest.

Trump moving to recognize Jerusalem as capital of Israel
Is this in the best interest of the US? If not, then why spend the money?

Did you miss the part where the nations that recognize that state do not recognize Jerusalem as a rightful part of that state?

It doesn't matter what outsiders recognize. It's not up to them. It's just not.

Anything to say about this?
