Malcomb Nance on Joy Reed's morning show today was detailing the issues with Jared Kushner having access to top secret WH intelligence info and using it for his personal business/political agenda...
Nance who knows the Intel business said that it is relatively easy to check the info that Kushner asked for or had access to at the time of certain foreign policy or economic decisions-
Like the Qatar blockage to determine if that Intel influenced those actions
He said "that's how we catch spies"...
And I imagine "opportunistic traitors" would fit equally well...
Kushner is just dumb and hubristic...he got into Harvard because his father donated a million dollars or more to build a building and has no work experience outside his family...
he spent twice as much as he should have right before the RE market cratered to buy the 666 building proving he has no business sense...
He cut Christy's throat after the election to revenge Christy's prosecution/conviction of Kushner's father in a sordid family intercine drama and Christy could have saved Trump SO MUCH bad news if he had been allowed to do his job...so that hangs over Kushner as well...
Trump might think that having Jared and Ivanka out of the WH will lower their profiles and escape Mueller's further investigation--that is just part of his "out of sight, out of mind" worthless thinking...
Mueller with the help of Qatar likely has big knife at Jared's throat---
And Jared likely has no cojones to go to jail although in this I think Kushner was the motivator and not Trump...Trump just didn't care to intervene eventhough what happened w/the blockade was damaging to American military needs...

Umm... maybe because the govt bureaucrats whose job it is to provide it, are functional illiterates who can't even spell his name or use apostrophes correctly in contractions?
BTW, Kushner does have a clearance, and has never had any trouble getting one.
Clearances are regularly renewed, and it costs the govt money to do the renewals. They have to check background, contact people you have been in touch with with since you originally got your clearance, etc. The higher your clearance is (Secret, Top Secret etc.), the more it costs.
So the govt will check to see how much you "need to know" in your current job, and adjust your clearance level if they can save money by doing a lower-level clearance for you.
People who start with Top Secret clearances, frequently ge adjusted down to Secret if they no longer have a "need to know" the most sensitive information.
And liberals will lie about it and try to fool people into thinking it's because the person was untrustworthy or something. As surely as the sun comes up in the morning.

No reason to disagree with someone who doesn't understand the meaning of a clearance level that WH janitors get...
PS--Kushner was tasked with bringing about peace in the Middle East--as far as I can tell that miracle is still waiting to happen so I guess he would still need a very high clearance...
Kushner is stymied if he can't get a higher clearance level---and he can't
He is under investigation for various possible criminal offenses and until Mueller signs off and clears him Kushner is under a big black cloud...
Sean Hannity will downplay that all day long but it is accurate info...
If Trump had any real cojones he could have just taken responsibility and said "I trust Jared" and given him access to anything whether the FBI cleared him or not
But Trump has no cojones---he passed the ball to Kelly who knew if there was any blowback his neck was on chopping block---of course it is anyway working for Trump...
But since Trump passed the responsibility and Kelly does NOT have the authority to offer clearance on his own ---he couldn't do that for Kushner..
IF anyone lets Kushner have access to anything more than what you can read in the newspaper, that person has committed a crime...
The info he was likely trying to peddle to gain significant funding help with 666 is going to dry up so I doubt he will be very welcome in many foreign establishments...
He is an out-of-his-depth frat boy who finally got put in his place...
