Appealing to a logical back and forth seems to be a liberal acknowledgement that they are in a dangerous position.

Because when they want to attempt to sabotage an election by paying for and releasing a dubious dossier that claims both Russian compromise of the conservative candidate and sexual information, its much less about what is rational and rule based and more about what they can get away with.

It looks like FBI officials have reviewed the memo, and cannot find any factual errors.

Looks like Schiff was lying (nobody is surprised).

That revelation came from an "unnamed source" probably Devin Nunes lol and the FBI has no comment on it.

FISA court was created so that our counterintelligence agencies could surveil suspected terrorists, and other criminals meaning harm to the nation, and instances where time is of the essence, and to wait for a normal approval process from a federal judge might allow the criminals to get away.

In the case of Carter Page, where was the need for any of this. Following the normal procedure to get a federal court judge to authorize surveillance should have been fine.

If we find out the the 0bama DOJ knowingly used Hilary's bought and paid for, anti-Trump opposition research, performed by Steele, to spy on candidate & president-elect Trump.... then this is worse than Watergate, it's worse than any abuse of power any president's admin has ever committed.

We will see what's what, in a few days, when this memo, which is a summary of a much larger investigation, gets released.

Schiff is one of those guys with a permanent guilty look on his face. He's a smug weasel too.

So none of you think that if there is criminal activity being identified in this memo the DOJ should not have been given it first to investigate. That this whole very dramatic -- release to the public wasn't necessary to move forward with a real investigation?

So none of you think that the Republicans dramatic showmanship with this whole memo could hurt any real investigation if there is wrong doing?

If there is wrong going - I suspect that this evidence being released so publicly -- if it is anything of importance -- could have a negative impact on any criminal proceedings.

And -- interesting because most of the politicians are lawyers and they know this kind of grandstanding doesn't help with the technical aspects of a criminal investigation and trial.

It's fascinating.

Nothing.. repeat.. nothing is going to happen.

LAWS are for LITTLE people..

Memo could link to something that 100% proved Obummer and HiLIARy killed 1000's of puppies and infants with their bare hands and the liberals would do nothing other than say "its Trump's fault"

Nobody higher than an intern or janitor will EVER take the fall for anything this govnt does

An oversight committee, should not have oversight or transparency, when it points back at us! - said the Democrat.
