This puts a possible new spin on yesterday's tragedy in Florida. It's being reported by multiple news sources that person who murdered 17 people yesterday in the FL high school may have ties with a White supremacist group. Here's a link to the Washington Examiner's article
The alleged gunman in the school shooting in Parkland, Fla., on Wednesday had ties to a white supremacist group, the Anti-Defamation League said.
The ADL said Thursday Republic of Florida leader Jordan Jereb told them Nikolas Cruz, 19, was associated with his group.
Jereb said Cruz joined the group through another member and had participated in one or more Republic of Florida training exercises in the Tallahassee area. Law enforcement officials have not said whether they’ve confirmed the link.
On its website, Republic of Florida describes itself as “a white civil rights organization fighting for white identitarian politics.”
Sounds like the flip side to unconfirmed claims he was a registered Democrat and member of ANTIFA.
Other politicians should learn from the speech, be sympathetic to the victims, and don't lie about the facts (like liberals are doing saying it's easier to buy a gun than vote, it's impossible to buy a gun illegally, there are no gun restrictions, Florida has few gun laws [it has a lot] etc.)
"Sympathetic to the victims" is just a show by conservatives who aren't willing to do anything that runs counter to unrestrained gun proliferation while simultaneously cutting budgets for things like mental healthcare.
The biggest failure was all the warning signs were VERY CLEARLY there. They ignored his social media post where he said he was going to be a "professional school shooter" and threats he made vs students. Had they put all this together, the FBI could have possibly done more, and made sure all guns were removed from this guy's house, as he clearly had mental issues. Even the students said they weren't surprised he was the one who did the shooting. Many of them predicted it before hand.
wow, what an ignorant comment. You prefer we live in a totalitarian state and have the government do the killings and torturing.
