Did you even watch this video? He's talking about changing votes in voting machines, and how it's impossible because they're decentralized. Can you really not understand that that's TOTALLY DIFFERENT than a massive propaganda campaign? Obama had no idea this was going on. No one did, and it shaped the outcome of the election. The amount of shaping will never be known. But it happened, Obama didn't know about it, and your continued attempts to sweep it under the rug are shameful and downright un-American.

Unlike our current President who strangely dragged his feet about Russian sanctions even as Republicans voted for a bill in Congress that mandated them, and as recently as November he said that those sanctions were "seriously flawed."
Hearts and minds. It's not like the Russians flipped a switch to change people's votes. They took their time and influenced and shaped discussions by planting narratives that would divide and fit what certain groups wanted to hear. Read the indictment.
