And their grandmas.

The issue is not really about gun grabbing. It is about kids being safe. Mass shootings are a pox on our culture.

I have been so impressed by how they are handling the cretins who are attacking them, with intelligence and aplomb. This is a social media generation that is quite savvy and capable of using that platform to get their message out. All the old gun lovers are outclassed by them.

The writing is on the wall. This generation is going to finally do what we have failed to do. Kudos to them. It's about time.

Before the outsiders got involved with their mythical millions of dollars these kids were fine with mass murder. Now Soros has them believing that mass murders are bad. Guys like him have no shame.

Honest questions:

If the Florida survivors were demanding it be made legal for 18 year old students with no criminal record to be allowed to bring handguns to school to defend it against mass shooters would they have just put on a massive rock concert with big name singers and movie stars supporting them?

Did Hollywood and Left-leaning corporate leadership just barely decide: "Gosh, we don't like guns anymore, they are dangerous, we've gotta do something!" last month after seeing the news of the Parkland Massacre?

If the answer is no, isn't it likely that some powerful people who had already made up their mind on the subject decided to use the tragedy to try to get more people to think like them?

The father spoke poignantly when he visited the White House with his sons and other victims' families after the shooting. You may want to search out that video on the White House youtube channel.

I happened to spot this short article with video that the father took today.
His Sister Died In Parkland. He Wanted To Spe | The Daily Caller
Do you think every sibling of all 17 people killed spoke at the March?

Use? Supporting someone you agree with is not using them. Pointing out when a tragedy occurs due to something preventable you have wanted to fix for years is not “using” that tragedy. Words matter and your need to try to change the narrative to suit your own ends is obvious.

His son was just interviewed on Face the Nation. He said he was not invited to speak at the March for Your Life, a very different story than that which was reported by Daily Caller. Why is this?

He and his father are all about hardening all schools, including metal detectors and armed guards. The father and his sons were a part of the Trump Listening Session. The father made a point of talking about how armed guards accompany all visitors to the Department of Education and yet the schools are vulnerable.

They both believe the SRO could have stopped Cruz had he gone in. They also blame FBI and the county for ignoring the red flags about this kid.

Nothing precludes any state/ county/ school district from hardening their schools. There are 100,000 public schools in the US. Most will not experience a mass shooting no matter what they do or not. Of course one school is one too many.

Then why didn't do this after the Las Vegas shooting? Why didn't they do it after the shooting at the Republican baseball game?

I'll tell you why... this whole anti-gun campaign was pre-planned. They were just waiting for an event with enough psychological "oomph" to happen and set their machinations in motion.

It's Social Engineering in action. They are telling you all how you should think.

He was just on Face the Nation and said he was not invited to speak.

No mention of being scheduled to speak and then being denied the opportunity to do so as the DC reported.

He/ dad are all about hardening schools- metal detectors and armed guards. That’s a state/ county/ district issue. Nothing to do with Federal Government. He has been meeting with Senators and had a one on one with Trump and Melania.
