So, no, that isn't at all, the "fact" of the matter.

Nah. It's more like Canada is a grown adult and should know better so they're getting some fees, tickets, etc. North Korea is like a big kid who has potential if around the right people (countries). Yeah, the Trump Family might get a hotel (or two or three) on the North Korean beach or Pyongyang, but people all over have connections to something. People get jobs that way, get a deal on a house that way, people get into sporting events that way, etc. Trump's way would be he was the president. Wouldn't be the first President to benefit from being...the president...either. That's just life

So Trump practically crawled up the fat Korean's ass showering him with praise and promised to halt military preparedness drills with South Korea...in exchange for what, exactly? Vague, unverifiable promises that North Korea will get around to de-nuclearization?

Seriously? You guys believe this? This is the Great Dealmaker at work? If you think the "trust us" model of de-nuclearization is going to work out with North Korea, you must be as stupid as.... our President, apparently.

Can you imagine if a Democrat had made this "deal?" And this after he trashed the Iran deal for not being tough enough.

And when he started talking about wanting to pull out all the US troops, that really made North Korea, China, and Russia sit up and smile...and our former allies realized that they are just that: former allies. Kim Jong Un bent Trump over in that meeting and made him his little *****. North Koreans are laughing themselves sick at us right now. And they should, because we genuinely have an idiot representing our nation, who gave away something for the same vague lies they fed us last time.

Trump naively presented a more western like life style if no nukes but, unlike Trump, Kim knows that lifestyle is a huge risk to the dictatorship

It's disgusting and pathetic. The left's hatred is appalling and on full display for all to see.
Perhaps someday there will be a cure for TDS?

If it prevents a WWIII (which many liberals say Trump will start) it's worth it.

Try tuning out of your information bubble and getting a taste of the bigger world.

KIm and his father and his father have greatly desired international recognition and status. Trump has elevated them to that level, Trump has provided Kim the proof of his power, of his status as an EQUAL to Trump. Kim's power is now rock solid, he has achieved all that his father failed too and he has done it in record time.

Kim, has finished building the NK nuclear deterrent, he can strike the USA and he has dragged the leader of the free world to the table and has gotten Trump to back down in full public view.

This has been the biggest win for Kim and NK for over 50 years. While it was the same old horse being sold to the USA that they have sold us so many times before, this time KIM got to straddle the globe while selling the horse.
The biggest win for NK in the last 50 years was when Bill Clinton supplied that country with nuclear material (for "energy" purposes) which, of course, NK uses to build nuclear weapons.

I wonder if Hillary Clinton had become president how she would have handled North Korea shooting missiles, and testing Hydrogen bombs.

Would you mind posting some verification(other than a RWNJ blog) of your assertion.

No matter how many times you post this lie, it is still a lie.

We did not give North Korea the means to make nuclear weapons. They already had the means.

"The Agreed Framework succeeded in temporarily freezing North Korea’s plutonium production capabilities and placing it under IAEA safeguards by freezing operation of North Korea’s 5 MWe reactor at Yongbyon and stopping construction of two other reactors – a 50 MWe reactor at Yongbyon and a 200 MWe reactor at Taechon. Experts estimate that without the Agreed Framework, North Korea could have hundreds of nuclear weapons at this point."

https://www.armscontrol.org/factsheets/agreedframework

Light water reactors would have made it far more difficult and expensive to reprocess used-up factor fuel into weapons-grade plutonium.

Plus, it would be far easier to tell if North Koreans shut down their light-water reactors. "To extract the fuel rods, you have to lift off a giant lid at the top of the reactor and take them out all at once. Weapons inspectors love this feature because it requires a large-scale operation that's almost impossible to conceal."

These light water reactors would replace the "so-called "research reactors" which are both harder to inspect and more efficient at producing weapons-usable plutonium than the light-water variety.

Why do we offer light-water reactors to our enemies?

The light water reactors were never built. Satellite images show them sitting abandoned to this day.

Bush, Cheney, Bolton, etc. abandoned the agreement rather than rallying international support to enforce the agreement.

No nuclear material was ever provided to North Korea nor were the means to make nukes ever given to North Korea by the U.S.
