Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
The point is the media is using images of children crying, but they were taken by their own parents from their homes, they are probably hungry and haven't slept, of course they are crying. At least they can sleep and get food at the center. This is nothing compared to what their parents have put them through.

I'm just asking a question, using facts as presented.
Its very simple. Are the laws being followed or are they not? You don't get to say rules don't apply just because of your feels. I would prefer the laws were changed so the whole family was deported. Come here legally or don't come at all. It is really pretty simple.
Illegal Aliens are NOT Immigrants FFS and they do NOT pay enough tax to carry their weight.

I know isn't it awful?! I have a neighbor, who thinks the wall is a good idea. Who does he think he is, preventing me, a businessman from making money? We need that supply of labor to run our businesses. Sure, I sometimes feel sorry for working class Americans, but that's the way it is. Let them go to college or get on a government program, I need to make my money.
True, they only want these open borders to get cheap labor. Americans are being deprived of workers to exploit when immigration laws are enforced.
