My wife often speaks Spanish to my son. We are a tri-lingual family, as my native language is German, and hers is Spanish.
So is some Trump cultist gonna call immigration enforcement on my wife if she's speaking Spanish to my son in the grocery store? The irony is my wife has an Ivy League MBA and has a salary that puts us in the borderline 1%.
Obviously it's up to the business owner but any employee I had would be required to speak English at all times unless it was for the benefit of the customer.

WTF are you are talking about? This is purely a business decision. I'm not running a school, I'm running a business. I respect people that can speak two languages and someone that is bilingual could be a huge asset for non English customers.
