Nobody hates the Trump clam more than I do. But Melania is not Jr, Ivanka or Jared. She is not involved in the madness on PA Ave as those folks are. I too think your comments are way out of line, all she did was marry a POS but that does not make her one too.
As I said a part of me feels badly for her, I mean how much more obvious can it be that she is not happy. Won't even hold her husband's hand at an event. But when you get in bed with a snake it's kind of hard to have a lot of sympathy for her. She knew who he was.

Yeah, the fact that she, who is not an American, had the audacity to question a real American on his birth is where all my sympathy ended for her. She broke the law when she came here, but she jumped right on that racist bandwagon without a second thought.

You're right - she knew he was a despicable wretch when she married him. If that doesn't make her a POS too, then just exactly what does it say about her? What decent human being would marry someone as revolting as Trump? The answer to that is, no decent human being would. People reveal much about who they are and what their values are by who they choose to marry.
She was an illegal immigrant who married a sociopathic criminal for his money and his power, and she was a knowing accomplice in spreading his birther lies and attacking and slandering the women he raped. She is responsible for her own actions, and the hatred and contempt many of us feel for her is the flip side of her bargain with the devil. She made a conscious and deliberate decision - or rather, a long series of decisions - to make herself a partner in what he does. She deserves everything she gets from us.

So true! I'm amazed that people who admittedly cannot stand Trump (for all the obvious and legit reasons) not only give his wife a pass, but somehow decide she's this Mother Theresa type who deserves sympathy and admiration.

I'm amazed that people who admittedly cannot stand Trump (for all the obvious and legit reasons) not only give his wife a pass, but somehow decide she's this Mother Theresa type who deserves sympathy and admiration.
