That's true.

The rule for the Supreme Court is that you must be pro-abortion.

Yes. I know that.

But, the logic and reason behind these notions is generally applicable (if not technically) to these confirmation hearings. These notions are derived from our basic ideas of fair play.

Confirmation hearings should be conducted in a fair manner.

Holding on to an unsubstantiated accusation for two months and bringing it at the 11th hour and making unreasonable demands re testimony is clearly unfair.

How about waiting to hear the testimony first?

When are you going to realize that you have been lied to...again.... by the democrats trying to prevent one of Trump's nominees from being confirmed.

I told you dems earlier today that the Republicans have been bending over backwards to get Ford to testify becase they are confident that can prove her claims are false.

Since Kavanaugh obviously had (has?) a drinking problem, I do not want him to be a Supreme Court Justice. Not a good enough caliber person. He has the look of an alcoholic—reddish face.

Maybe because the three other people (witnesses) SHE identified as being there, including a lifelong female friend of hers, deny it ever happened. As someone much cleverer than I put it, this is not a case of “she said-he said” it’s she said and they said” - with they being four other people.

I am basing what I feel based on her totally vague account where she can't even remember the time and place and the suspicious timing
The time and place are documented.:15 years old in a bedroom
Or did you want clock time and house address? That actually would be suspicious if she gave that kind of detail.

Vague? Music turned up, by Mark Judge, while Brett Kavenaugh pinned her to the bed and proceeded ,despite her struggling to put one hand over her mouth and used his other hand to try and remove her clothing and groped her until Mark Judge jumped on top of them and they all three fell to the floor. Then she escaped.

Timing?
Do you think the Democrats ...found her?
If its all a lie ,why did they choose.....her?
A wife , mother and Stanford Professor with a nice life in Palo Alto ...why throw all that away to make this up?

Timing...
She has spent 30 some years trying to heal from a humiliating attack , sorry to the **** shaming theorists...but I m betting she was a virgin...entitled teenage boys gossip about girls that way and revel in taking advantage of their innocence...these two just sick o s on top of it to actually not stop when she screamed but instead....

There's enuf detail .
She s damn healthy now to do this.
Timing....? I am sure she thinks he s unfit to walk the earth let alone sit in the most powerful seat in the land.
