No doubt the NFL has been suffering some falling ratings going back to when more started coming out about the concussions and what the NFL was NOT doing about it, and also no doubt this taking a knee protest issue that SOME fans are most vocal about, against, while at the same time lots of fans are supportive, perhaps not quite as vocal about it.
Fact remains, however, the NFL games remain one of the most popular entertainment shows in America, and what Nike has done, also for example, is to focus on the younger audience (the future). Can't deny any of these factors but important to consider all of them too, again only demonstrating how some people can see black where others see white in what is mostly a shades of gray world...
