1. Russians didn't kill Skripal when he was in prison there for almost 10 years.
2. After releasing him they decided to poison him a few years later in England with so called Novichok. Stupid Russians. Why kill him if he was an "empty bag" at that moment and had no any interests for Russia? (But, BTW, he was a good cannon fodder and sacrificial lamb for the British intelligence to use him as a false flag against Russia. Porton Down worked very good )
3. Stupid Russian GRU agents who allegedly came to Salisbury to poison Skripal have used their real names and real passports and came directly from Russia, so that it would be easy for smart British intelligence to define who are they.
4. When Stupid Russian GRU came to England they were posing before any CCTV so that smart British intelligence could easily see their real faces and all of their walkings.
5. When they allegedly poisoned Skripal, these stupid GRU agents have not rushed back home. Instead, they were walking across the city and stopped by some antique shop so that it would be easy to catch them on spot.
6. These stupid GRU agents even couldn't properly poison Skripal with Novichok which is more dangerous than many other nerve agents in 10 times.

About in the middle of the page, they mention US manipulation of organizations dealing with such substances, specifically the AG and the OPCW for instance. The OPCW is also known to have published a manipulated report on the fake chemical gas attacks in Syria. It seems to be a corrupt rogue organization.
