Neither does a law mandating a buyback. Buffoon or not he'll likely propose both.

Oh sweet. The Gateway Pundit is throwing red meat to the base. Accuracy is not the goal. Incitement is.

That's a mighty big IF ya got there Bob. It doesn't say 'mandatory', it says prosecuting those who resist with a law that does not exist. I don't see it as anything other than the typical 'Hey, look at me! I wanna do something!' blather we see from politicians on both sides of the aisle over hot button issues. Then again I apparently have more faith in the Constitution and the SCOTUS than those who buy into the fear-mongering.

Trust me, he's an attention seeking buffoon playing to his base. He can propose beginning the colonization of Mars starting next week. That would be meaningful HOW?

How unhinged are right wing gun nuts anyway? Spend more time reading real books and less guns and ammo.

Looks like the congressman tried to have a respectful conversation with a crackpot loser gun fetishist who thinks he scored a "gotcha".

You would have to be incredibly stupid or incredibly dishonest to not be able to follow a simple link to verify that the congressman from California said “And it would be a short war my friend. The government has nukes...”

btw, the guy’s name is Joe Biggs. Swalwell was trying to be funny calling him RamboBiggs.

This quote will not play well if the clown decides to run for President.

+1, I agree and even if Swalwell delete that tweet, it's now archived.

You would have to be incredibly stupid not to realize that he was attempting to intimidate people. He's a POS and the left knows it.
