The top people at his FBI, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Clapper and a few others, Lynch, Holder, Lerner, Clinton, and I probably missed some, all acted criminally and should all have been indicted on criminal charges, especially with regards to their efforts to affect the outcome of the election, and prevent Donald Trump from becoming president. The phony "dossier" was used to obtain FISA warrants by not revealing the source, and that it was completely uncorroborated. The committed multiple crimes. This is all documented fact. Yet these people are all free, and not being held accountable for their crimes.

YES it's a "mess" and we'll get to see and hear the H.O.R. circus starting next month.

Donald Trump campaigned and came into office under the impression that; Bill Clinton ,Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama all committed crimes while in the service of our country. He thought for sure it would be a free for all. Now that the Mueller investigation has gotten 33 pleas and indictments from Trump associates, Trump should be told all that stuff he religiously listened to on Fox news and AM talk radio was for show business purposes only.

Not at all. There are some things that Trump, as a businessman and now president, is fully response for. This (again, if it even happened as claimed) isn't one of them.

The Department of Justice Calls Donald Trump a Felon
Quote:
Federal prosecutors released sentencing recommendations for two alleged criminals who worked closely with Donald Trump: his lawyer Michael Cohen, and campaign manager Paul Manafort. They are filled with damning details. But the most important passage by far is this, about Trump’s fixer: “Cohen himself has now admitted, with respect to both payments, he acted in coordination with and at the direction of Individual-1.”

The payments in question, as the document explains, concern a payoff to two women who claimed to have affairs with Trump. The payments, according to prosecutors, were intended to influence the campaign, and thereby constituted violations of campaign finance law. They have not formally charged Trump with this crime — it is a sentencing report for Cohen, not Trump — but this is the U.S. Department of Justice calling Trump a criminal.

Since you cannot indict a sitting President your take is, essentially, that no action by a President should leave to his removal. Is that what you support?
Old news. Those discussions were how to arrange something which was perfectly lawful.

And while just a thought how about priorities....As the POTUS who is having success world wide should leave because he paid off a woman for sex so she would not embarrass him.. Lets see...what's more important....

Doesn't Congress have it's own 'slush fund' to pay off their hookers and mistresses?

Did they (Congress Critters) contribute to this "hush fund" from their own wallets or did the money come from 'contributions?

I haven't heard, is Mueller investigating this too?
Maybe Trump got the money from there?

Yawn. Piers Morgan is still absolutely correct.

Piers Morgan: Mueller has tortured enough minnows and made enough noise but if he hasn’t got the goods to nail Trump the whale by now he should shut up shop and go home

Nothing on Trump, yet again.

Clearly he has no problem lying. Is Cohen a credible witness?

Also, assuming Trump WAS involved in suppressing the stories, was it because of the campaign? Or was it so his family and friends wouldn’t find out?

Until these questions are answered, how can you say that “two felonies were committed”?
You can't say two. You can say from two to.....maybe 40. Somewhere in that range.

However, in the modern day nothing matters unless you are caught, indicted and convicted or otherwise suffer consequences. Trump doesn't care about his legacy or even his popularity....or anything else. He's a child playing a game.

It's what Congress does that is going to represent the Adults in the Room - or not. A real test of our system. This puts WaterGate to shame...and make Iran-Contra seem like a small misstep.
