Clearly he has no problem lying. Is Cohen a credible witness?

Also, assuming Trump WAS involved in suppressing the stories, was it because of the campaign? Or was it so his family and friends wouldn’t find out?

Until these questions are answered, how can you say that “two felonies were committed”?
I am thinking there will be ample independent varificatiin IF charges are pursued.

No one is going to build a case on " Cohen Says".

No need to do that when Trump is actually taped committing the criminal activity.

For the numerous crimes against the American people Trump should be impeached, criminally charged, tried, and serve time in jail. There is also the prospect that Trump will be charged with treason. Isn't that an executional offense?

LOCK HIM UP.

People have said that about the Clintons for decades, you still don't believe there is any fire there.

If you're talking about campaign contributions and payouts, that is a civil violation, not a crime. Just ask Obama about the $375,000 fine he had to pay for campaign violations, the highest fine ever.

And through all of this Mueller nonsense, he STILL can't prove there was any collusion or conspiracy with Russia to win the election, which is what this was supposed to be about.
You mean like how they made up Kelly was leaving..

What a ridiculously crazy thread. Firstly, assuming what the feds claim is true, Trump would have "directed" Cohen while Cohen was acting as Trump's personal attorney. It is not for Trump (a layman) to know all of the details of the law. Rather, it is for Cohen, an attorney licensed to practice law in at least one state, to analyze such a request to act and to conclude whether said request complies with the law. If an attorney concludes that a client's request is unlawful, ethics and legal cannons require said attorney to refuse such a request/resign as an attorney if the client insists on continuing. Hence, the term "directed" is inappropriate in this situation (that's assuming that any of it is even true).

Oh, really? The Clintons have been investigated? When? She was exonerated by Comey before she was even interviewed! Where have you been? Further, that exoneration letter was drafted in May, long before Comey made his "exoneration speech." In that speech, Comey admitted she had committed at least one serious crime: She "was 'extremely careless' [the relevant law uses the term, "gross negligence," which is the same thing] in the handling of classified materials." She also smashed devices and deleted emails that were under subpoena. She did these things deliberately. That in itself is a crime.

Look, as for Mueller vs. Trump: Mueller found zero evidence of "collusion" (which isn't a crime). The Leftists at MSNBC and CNN (which is apparently where you get your phony "news," are calling things, "crimes," which are not crimes. Those people are stupid! Dershowitz is an attorney. He has been following this for many months, as have others (attorneys). The President has never been accused of a crime, and Mueller has not found any crimes he committed. You seem happy to ignore the facts. You live in your own fantasy world.

You've seen the results of Mueller's investigation? Will you post them for the rest of us that aren't so fortunate?

Whitewater, Benghazi, Emails....how many YEARS of investigations does that add up to? Whitewater was 7 years, Benghazi 5, emails....1-2? So 13-14 YEARS of investigations. They are either amazingly adept at escaping justice despite their vast criminal activity OR you are a sheep that believes everything presented to you.
