You do understand... No involvement in the people healthcare is constitutional.... Without the individual mandate TAX.
It is the TAX that made it constitutional. Without the taxing portion, the federal government has no authorization under the constitution.... It is a 10th amendment issue.
Exactly right. ObamaCare was constitutional. Republicans took out the penalty on the mandate making it unconstitutional. ObamaCare was ruled unconstitutional because the GOP screwed it up. People that are under Obamacare that voted for Trump especially rural America are losing jobs, climate change regulations and healthcare. I bet they won't vote for Treason Trump again.
